Hello Readers,

Sometimes our video games seem dull, and we want some new life! Here are some of our favorite games, so you can experience the novelty of a new, great video game.

No Wifi Games:

These games are great to play when you are just sitting on the bus, on an airplane, bad wifi, etc.

Geometry Dash: a tapping game where everything is made out of standard geometric shapes. Tap or hold in multiple modes like sliding, flying, jumping, teleporting, and gravity reversing to weave your way through a huge variety of obstacles.

Subway Surf: This is an infinite runner game where you can jump, slide, or dodge obstacles as you get as far as possible! Different characters and special hoverboards add a fun spin.

Soul Knight: Multiple different characters with different strategies, a ridiculous amount of weapons, a garden to grow special plants, traders you can buy from, and creative and fun enemies (the exploding frog comes to mind): Soul Knight really has it all. This is a multifaceted game that has so many different strategies; it's almost as fun to write and talk about as it is to play.

Terraria: This game features a minecraft-like feel, albeit being 2-D. Lots of weapons, crafting, building, adventuring, and fighting are packed into this epic game. A downside is that some incredibly overpowered weapons are relatively easy to get. However, this game is fun because you can progress through the imaginative world and collect epic items like swords, wings, bows, masks, etc.

Normal Games:

These games are fun to play when you've finished with homework and want some relaxation and fun.

Minecraft: Although this game can be played without wifi, it's much more fun to play on a server, realm, or with friends. The endless possibilities of this game will keep you thinking about your next great project. The nature of that project, like building, mining, hunting, or fishing, is up to you.

Brawl Stars: This awesome game features 23 brawlers, which you can unlock and use. Also, with a huge variety of maps and gamemodes, this game almost never gets boring. Play gem grab, a mode where you try to take gems from the other team, as a beginner, but you'll quickly advance to showdowns, heists, sieges, and more.

Terraria: Although this game is in the no wifi section, you can also join others' worlds if you are on the same LAN. It's super fun to fight bosses together! Note: there are apps that say that they can get you connection to people's worlds on different networks. These apps are usually scams or viruses.

Soul Knight: Basically same as terraria. Twice the players, twice the fun. You can start a game holding up to 4 players, and you get team rings. These rings, only in team mode, can give you cool buffs like: Heal everyone on your team by 1 health, increase team's damage, etc.

Clash of Clans: This game is fun because you can see your village progress into a mighty empire! Keep in mind, though: All the upgrades take a very long time for a video game (A few late-game upgrades take 14 days each), and you will be tempted to spend your green gems. Don't be tricked! That's how Supercell makes tons of money!

Madden Mobile: The classic football game is #stillHere (sorry I'm a patriots fan. Not a bandwagon). You can decide everything about the game, down to which opponents you want to play (although I wish there was a more realistic season schedule like there was in 2017), what scheme you want to run (west coast, vertical, spread, or smashmouth), what players you want on your team (and you get to buy them), where you want them in your lineup, what plays you want to run (in real time!), and you can even control your players as they run, pass (you can select the receiver), or receive the kick and return it. This is the ultimate football game, and although the bots are sometimes a bit quirky, this game is incredibly realistic, as it even animates the tackling. Modes where you do quick battles real-time against real people are also available.

Note: Clash Royale is fun, but we don't play it anymore.

If there are any awesome games you think we should try out, let us know in comments or forums.
